By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

- FreedomCert reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.
Individual Use Only:
FreedomCert is designed and priced for individual users managing their own certifications. It is not intended for business, enterprise, or organizational use to manage multiple individuals or employees. Each user must maintain their own account.
If a business or organization is interested in managing certifications for multiple team members, please contact help@freedomcert.com to discuss available options or enterprise solutions.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.
- All subscriptions are billed and managed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing and will continue until canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds or prorations will be issued for partial periods, unused time, or canceled subscriptions.
- Refunds, if any, are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the content and files you upload (such as certifications or photos). By submitting content, you grant FreedomCert a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
- FreedomCert retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including its software, design, logos, and content. These may not be copied, distributed, or used without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimers
FreedomCert provides tools and reminders to assist with certification management; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to track and maintain your own certifications and licenses.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of reminders or expiration notifications.
- That the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
FreedomCert is not responsible for any missed renewals, expirations, penalties, or other consequences arising from reliance on the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- FreedomCert, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

- FreedomCert shall not be liable for data loss, system failures, missed reminders, or unauthorized access to user data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
FreedomCert may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs, and any monetary recovery by a user shall be limited to the total amount paid by that user for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
No Class Actions
You agree that any dispute or claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
